Booking terms

When you have receveid the confirmation of your reservation, make sure that all the particulars are right. If you want to emend something, call our sales service +358 (0)2 - 515 3300 or send us e-mail turkuplus@ukkopekka.fi. Otherwise we assume that the reservation is in order. Our prices are based on the number of participants set in the original reservation or, at the latest, 48 hours before the event.

Reservation is conclusive, so it must be cancelled, if it doesn't come true.

Terms of cancellation

Conclusive group reservation ( more than six persons or firm, corporation as customer)

30 days before reservation – no cancellation fee

14-29 days before – cancellation fee of 25 %

7-13 days before - cancellation fee of 50 %

2-6 days before – cancellation fee of 75 %

less than 2 days before - cancellation fee of 100%

Conclusive reservation for private ( six persons or less and private person as customer)

7 days before reservation - no cancellation fee

4-6 before - cancellation fee of 25 %

2-3 before - cancellation fee of 50 %

less than 2 days before - cancellation fee of 100 %

Cancellation fee is calculated on the base of total value of booked cruise and restaurant services.
